We have a diverse range of up-to-date machinery, including molding development machinery, metal button machinery, metal alloy button machinery, metal zipper machinery, and testing and laboratory facilities. Our comprehensive factory space is 3,64,500 sq ft, and the production floor is 50,000 sq ft, including the metal button production line covering a broad space of 40,000 sq ft and can produce 17,16,000 GRS of metal buttons and 3,64,00 Dzn of metal zippers per month regularly working for 16 hours.

Moulding Development Machinery

Our moulding development machinery covers a total area of 3000 sq ft and able to mould 16 sets of metal buttons and 6 sets of alloy buttons, regularly working for 16 hours. This unit is operated by ex-pat engineers and high-skilled Bangladeshi technicians with more than 15 years of industry experience. The latest machinery are:

Our metal button production machinery covers a total area of 20,000 sq ft and able to produce around 10,000 gross/14,40,000 sets, regularly working for 16 hours. The latest machinery are:

Metal Alloy Button Machinery

Our metal alloy-button production machinery covers a total area of 4,000 sq ft with a production capacity of 1,500 gross/2,16,000 sets, regularly working for 16 hours. This unit is operated by ex-pat engineers and high-skilled Bangladeshi technicians with more than 15 years of industry experience. The latest machinery are:

Metal Zipper Machinery

Our metal zipper production machinery covers a total area of 8,000 sq ft with a production capacity of 7,000 Dzn/85,000 Pcs, regularly working for 16 hours. This unit is operated by ex-pat engineers and high-skilled Bangladeshi technicians with more than 15 years of industry experience. The latest machinery are:

Testing and Laboratory Facilities

We have internal laboratory facilities for testing the quality of our raw materials before production and testing the finished products after production by expert technical experts maintaining industry testing standards. Also, we provide attaching mould and data sheets to our clients. Our testing machinery are:

Metal Detector Machine, Pull Test Machine, Corrosion Test Machine, Washing Machine, Button Fastening Machine

Quality Management

Quality Assurance is the process or set of processes used to measure and assure the quality of a product, and quality control is the process of ensuring products and services meet consumer expectations. 

Our products undergo four critical processes during production to ensure good quality with 100% client satisfaction:

IQC

Stringent incoming quality control consisting of an inspection of raw and Component materials.

IPQC

Process inspection on the production line.

FQC

Final quality control, including a functional test on all features in the Control.

OQC

Outgoing quality control consisting of inspection before delivery.
